Basically the jist of the day is to come down and meet some Hexites (some old, some new)... These are a long standing tradition dating back many years. Nothing scary, promise!

Man I'm so tempted still but really lacking funds at the moment... I don't think I could justify spending 40 quid on a hotel - 20 quid into the club and ~150-200 quid on beer and food

You won't spend that much dude, can't speak for the club but the pubs we're hitting are all reasonbly priced.

I won't be staying late, i've gotta get the train back home at some point as my overnight stay has been cancelled. Last train is at 10pm... so I'll have to get back to New Street before then.

Anyone got any tips for getting there from the Hotel? Taxi is always an option, but if it is easy by train or something then i'll do that.
staying at the novotel on broad street, will arrive saturday morning (leaving glasgow just before 6)
could i get contact details for someone who'll be at the flapper form 11, just in case we get lost, i've been looking on multimap and it seems its just round the corner.
PM agent for that, as I'll be no use either!
