Hi all
I'm looking for a computer desk that will fit on 2 x TFT monitors. Preferably one that was designed to do it and not a big flat desk.
I've got a 17" and a 20".
Anyone got any ideas of where I can get one from?
Thanks
Tim

A desk that will fit on 2x TFT monitors?
Sounds like a peculiar ergonomic set-up
At the moment I'm having to have one at a rather acute angle which isn't ergonomic!
I imagined there would be something out there for me
Not quite sure how many are designed for that specifically, however any of the corner desks should fit the purpose just fine.
Something like this perhaps?

I've got this one:

and at one stage I had a 20" and a 19" side by side without trouble (until my housemate's computer was fixed and he took his 19" back )
not a lot of depth though so if you have a huge keyboard (e.g. G15) and a big mousepad you might struggle
I know you didn't want a flat desk, but I just bought a Mikael dark wood desk with glass top from ikea, think it cost me £45 for both parts, it was so good I bought two desks, one for my lab work.
Worth it, and it would easily fit 2 x 24" Dell's if only I could justify a second one
Please do not message me about Scan Free shipping, I no longer work for HEXUS.net
You could always make your own
My current desk is made out of a kitchen worktop and a sheet of mdf.
It has enough room for a 20 inch tft, a 32 inch tv and my hifi separates.. true it does take up one whole wall of my room but its tailor made to my needs
Surely a big flat desk is best for you? I've got a big flat desk (From tasksystems - office furniture comapny) and it really is the most comfortable desk i've ever used. You can get 'screens' to put behind them which can take monitor mounts/paper trays/phone mounts etc if you want. Can work out very expensive but you'll get a desk suited to your needs and soooo much more ergonomic than the argos desks.
I didn't realise what I'd written!
Perhaps a long, wide, flat one would be better.
And streetster - your mspaint skills astound me!
