Afternoon yall!
Right I'm not sure how much of a problem this is, but its certainly beginning to run me down... :/
For the passed 2 weeks I have been waking up at 6am every day and not been able to get back to sleep, which is annoying because I do not need to get up until 8am (weekdays).
Even worse, this morning I woke up at about quarter to 5 and again couldn't get back to sleep! I've tried going to bed earlier, I've tried going later but nowt appears to be happening. Anyone else had something similar happen to them? how'd ya sort it?
