And its not like you cant see his hand going inside his jacket when the lemon disappears
And if you look closely enough you'll see that when he cuts the orange/lemon the innards are white. So basically wax fruit. The egg was a balloon/god knows what, as you can hear it pop when he presses his thumb in it, and the bird is in the other hand.
Still a good trick/illusion
