New Hotmail

Anyone else noticed a massive drop in spam in their hotmail accounts since the new hotmail design was brought in?

I've gone from 30-50 spams a day with 10-15 in my inbox to 2 or so a day!

very happy about that tbh

Yeah its good however i cant seem to attach anything, or change emails to different folders....!?

I've done both so I don't know what your doing wrong?

Have you tried it on another pc to eliminate that?

Less spam is great, but how long before spammers find a way around whatever MS are doing. If indeed MS are doing anything. I am sure I read recently that two major worldwide spammers were arrested in Virginia. As for the new design, I do not like not being able to open e-mails in another window. (Hoping someone will now prove me wrong and tell me how to do it ... please )

Funny thing that is. My mum asked me if i touched her hotmail account 'cause she was getting 200 e-mails a day and now she gets none. I think it may be related to the banning of spam in the EU

Would really surprise me as the legislation in EU , UK and US is about as useless as hotmails old spam filters

Well it was meant to mean because of the spam that used to, and still does for many people, come in by the shed loads :$

I think ms have cut down the ammount of our addresses they are selling
