    Hillbillies hunt Top Gear presenters

This is going to one of the funniest things you'll ever see. I don't know why the US even bother with the deep South. Just think of deliverance!

It was a bit silly and to be honest I think it was a little fake, just seemed a little far fetched, as was the cow...good tv yes but not for real. After all the painting of defamatory slogans is illegal in all US states so I doubt the BBC or its directors would knowingly act illegally especially the good relationship the BBC has with the White House.

Obviously not everything there was faked.

I don't think its the funniest thing I will ever see I believe that to be Napoleon Dynamite.

Having driven through Alabama, I'd have to say I see nothng implausible. It may have been faked, but there are plenty of towns, and not just in Alabama, where this would happen.

I've seen dead cows by the side of the road here in Florida. Pigs are more common, as there are a lot of wild pigs in this area.

Well they obviously did knowingly break the law - you can plainly see that the slogans are actually painted on there, and that they are driving through America.

The cow was probably fake, but they do that for laughs anyway, and it was on top of his car.

Where is this cow? I didn't see it in the clip? the only defamatory slogan I saw was the 'NASCAR SUCKS' one. I don't mind NASCAR, actually, even though it is just oval racing.

    Slogans included:

    Hillary for President
    I'm Bi
    Man Love Rules OK
    Country and Western is rubbish

Cows not in the clip, but in the top gear episode yesterday. But all part of the same trip

I think the cow was real, when he reversed the car and swung it round to make it fall off the roof, it certainly looked like all the genuine cows that I've seen fall off the roof of a Camero.

Nah, it was all state-of-the-art special effects courtesy of Pixar. That's far cheaper than finding a dead cow.

I think the cow was real but finding a dead one at the roadside...the actual chances of that happening are erm...well next to non-existant.

Edit: Sorry will bow to TeePee who has clearly been there done that. Will leave original post to allow ridicule of myself!
