Last night I wasted a load of rice because I made too much. It went all sticky and stodgey, I hate that. Oh and a bit of the naan bread went soggy so I threw that away too. Very interesting...

Next time, store the leftovers in the fridge and make fried rice the next day ;-)

I will not stuff my face further if I am full just because it is sitting on my plate.

If serve myself, it usually wont be more than I need, so it wont go waste. But if I went to a restaurant and their portions are too big I will just leave it.

No food goes to waste in my house with an 8st German Shepherd living in it!

I always cook too much rice, or pasta or vegetables, the spare goes in Max's tub in the fridge and it'll get used up soon enough mixed up in his meat

I hate to say it but I eat like Shelley's 8st German Shepherd!

I don't know why but I never seem to get full, I just eat and eat but I'm still always hungry. Therefore, no, I don't waste food.

Nope. You can eat the healthiest food around and any spare calories you put in will be converted to fat and stored.

Not if it's stodgy....can't make fried rice with that. You could make rice porridge, which is quite lovely, but it's a pain in the arse to do properly.

That's what happens in my 'rents household. Leftover meat goes in the dog / cats, leftover porridge goes in the oldcat mush that we concoct for our oldest and leftover veg goes in the veg soup pot.

in mine, we cook for 4. Dave has 2 portions, I have one and leave one for lunch at work the next day.

I'm only a little eater though, so I will leave stuff if I'm on my own.
