Setting Up TV Out with X1950 Pro

Wondering if anyone can help with a little problem I am having with my X1950 Pro. Trying to set it up so I can have a TV desplay running at the same time as my normal monitor but this is proving difficult. At the moment I can only get one or the other to work, not both at the same time(to display the same image) Anyone got any ideas?

Re: Setting Up TV Out with X1950 Pro

Might be a long shot but I've had similar problems before and my solution was to use the other output for the monitor. I had the issue that the monitor outputs were primary and secondary, and the TV output ran off the secondary one as well, so having it in the wrong one caused all sorts of mess. With a single screen it doesn't matter which one, and you never have issues with dual vga/dvi/mix, but add in the TV and it can get messy.

    Hope this works for you!

OK will try that. My Monitor was in the 'secondary' slot. Am running the TV through the S-Video TV-Out port thought not the digital one
