HDMI sound on Ati 2400 Pro AGP?

I'm looking at sticking a 2400 Pro AGP version into a shuttle PC I currently have hooked up to my TV.

It not the most important feature in the world but out of curiosity does the AGP version of this card include the ability to transmit sound over HDMI (with adaptor) as sported by the PCIe version?

Also is a 2400 Pro good for this sort of work or should I think about something else (similar price)?

I dont think the 2400Pro does post processing. May be wrong though. Also not all makes of the 2400Pro do sound over HDMI so be careful about the brand you buy.
