According to BFG webby its 10 years in Europe too, something to do with EU legislation.

The 4850 prices seem competitive, although for some reason Scan hiked theirs late in the day.... I am not in a hurry and go away for a week or so later. So will look to buy July ish or see what the 4870 brings or how nvidia responds.
Yep 10years same as evga not that that makes any real differnce.

I had a quick try of a 9600GT:
It did 1920 x 1200 in a game called Blacksite Area51, with a few stickies and such like, but it wouldn't do any dynamic lighting in STALKER on XP, but it did at low res' in Vista: Which lead me to have a look at the results of this test below in the 1680 x 1050 group: The 8800GT is standard clocking.
