Which NVidia graphics Cards use the NV40 and NV45?

What do the GeForce4 Ti & GeForce FX series use?

I've heard GeForce4 MX series & GeForce 5200 are the cheap models of the series with lower performance & are missing some technical specs in relation to the rest of the GF4 Ti & GeForce FX cards.

Also Doom 3 is to ship with nVIDIA NV40 ?

None at present - NV40/5 are the next generation cores that will ship on FX6xxx cards.
