    No idea... but the card overhangs the end of a standard ATX mobo by about 1".

    Just done some research and apparently they are both 10.5" long. I think the 260 just looks longer/bigger cos of the chunky and sleek cooler on it.

    Just got my GTX 280 and i was quite shocked by its size too!

    Conciderably long bigger than the motherboard!
