    video card problem ?

    i started elite force2 and i could smell something wierd and it froze with constant beeping so i restarted my comp and went into the bios setup to check temps , and i noticed the sceen went funny with different colour fonts and squares is this a problem with my gainward fx5800 ultra ?

    strange as i have it running at stock speeds but it does not do it all the time , is the card on its way out ?

    Does sound like it is card related. have you visably checked the card? the HSF may have moved...

    everything looks normal , i only got it on the 31/10/2003 and it cost £212.
    will the warrenty still be in force ?
