Question Radeon 9800XT Memory Clock Speed

Hi, I've had a 9800XT for about a month and am very pleased with it.Today I downloaded the Rage3DTweak Utility to allow me to overclock it and when I ran it it said that the default settings were - 418MHz Core and 364MHz Memory, but all the reviews I have read have said that the memory defaut should be 700MHz!!!!! Can anyone tell me whats going on with my card???
