The Mobility HD5870 should be between the speed of a desktop HD5750 and HD5770.

This technology will be what converts me from a desktop to a laptop. With an SSD and this, performance of a laptop will be almost indistinguishable from a desktop, apart from e-peen benchmarks.

Hopefully it's mature when my desktop is due for replacement.

1 Question: Why the mobile 5870 in the box and not a desktop one? The box is pretty big!
