    Left my voltage at stock (1.1) and pushed my clocks to the max...



    Did a bench using 3DMark11 and everything seemed stable.

    I can't go any higher without increasing the voltage can I?

    there is a hack to get a higher slider to adjust core value. also run furmark to check stability of the gpu. most 6950 can handle 840-880, 900 if you are lucky with stock volt. 6970 runs 880 mhz with 1.175v.

    Yeah it runs FurMark fine. Need to get round to pushing it further when I have a chance.

    Pretty sure furmark will cause the card to throttle itself automatically.

    Crysis benchmark looped and 3dmark (there is a free version around somewhere where you can bump it up a bit perhaps.)?
