Re: The 2012 how much do you spend on your graphics card poll!

The amount I spend on a card has gradually gone up over time along with my earnings, but I generally don't like to spend more than £250 on a graphics card and prefer to spend as close to £200 if I can.

That said, I've become a fan of getting a high end graphics card when there are price drops or when the prices falls as a result of a newer one being introduced, keeping my system thereby updated but keeping the price down.

I spent around £220 last time I bought a card, a 5850. When I do come to upgrade again, I'll be looking at a similar kind of price maximum. Ideally I'd love to pay less of course, but I doubt the top end cards will ever release under £200

I try to stick to £200 when buying a new graphics card, and look for deals to get it cheaper XD
