    Sapphire HD 7750 dual monitor

I *think* this is a silly quest and the answer is yes but...

can I use the Sapphire HD 7750 graphics card for more than one monitor (as in to extend the desktop, not mirror it). http://www.ultimatehardware.net/amd/...on_hd_7750.htm

It has a 1x DVI, 1x HDMI and 1x mini display port and I wasn't entirely sure if they could be used at the same time.

    Ta!

once it's plugged in and you boot the PC, it'll work

then you need to set it up in Windows as an extended desktop. Ypu can ID the monitors with a button in the Windows Display Properties.

then use your mouse to click and drag the images of your two monitors to where you want them.

you can do much of this in Windows Display Properties, Settings tab. However if you want one or both screens rotated... which I do... yo uneed to use the graphics card dricvers to do it.

    it's quite easy

Re: Sapphire HD 7750 dual monitor

Hiya Zak, thanks yeah I've done that before but on machines where the graphics card has a VGA port and a DVI port, I wasn't sure if cards these days (to sound really out of touch) do things differently. To me HDMI seems entirely different to VGA/DVI so I wasn't sure.
