Best Graphics card for system

hi Guys. my mate give me his old pc which im gonna reinstall windows and give to my father.. its a compaq with a e4600 @2.4.. 2gig of drr800 with onboard graphics.. my father bless him still plays delta force black hawk down online and a little tiger woods 2008 at a ripe old age of 68 bless him again.. lol.. he only has an old p4 2.4 with 768 ram so this will be a nice little upgrade for him.. the onboard graphics is not up2 the job.. so my question is.. it only has a 300watt power supply and i dont want spend alot of money on it but what wud be a good pcie graphics card it would take? help me guys if you can it will make his day.. cheers in advance..

Well a 7750 I guess? Very low power and decent performance.
