Scan also seems to have a good deal on an XFX HD7870 too:

It seems to have Shogun2, DeusEx, Nexuiz, Dirt Showdown & Sleeping Dogs bundled with it too.

XFX are not a quality manufacturer, however it is cheap.

It is certainly not as good as 7950s from other manufacturers and XFX don't have a good reputation for GPUs.

Noise levels in particular are very high, especially if you overclock, which is one of the big draws of AMD cards.

This card can be as loud as 64dB, that is really uncomfortable/distracting levels.

Note that the review is of the Black Edition model which is slightly more expensive, but the cooler is the same.
So it won't be quite as fast, but it will be noisy, very noisy if you overclock. Also less reliable.
