Potential of 7950 with current build

Thanks for all the help so far with my current build (Review my build and cooler+fan recommendations)!

    Last thing...
With my current specs, with this graphics card - http://www.scan.co.uk/products/3gb-x...i-dvi-hdmi-mdp (or any other in this price range (£240 max))

Will I be able to achieve the Ultra settings on WOW and the equivalent on Skyrim, and are there any particularly intense games that I would have to scale back on? I'm also thinking of Battlefield 3.

    Current Build:
    i7-3770K (not o/c-ed yet)
    8GB Corsair Vengeance RAM 1600MHZ
    ASUS Sabertooth Z77
    128GB Corsair M4 SSD
    Windows 8 Pro
    OCZ ZS 650W
-Not sure if it matters, but:
Cooler Master Elite 431 Plus Case
    Arctic Cooling i30 CPU Cooler

    Thanks again.
Also if this post is meant to be in Review my Build, rather than the Graphics Card section please let me know.

    Thanks.
I'm probably going to buy the Gigabyte Windforce 7950.
Anyone know what the difference is between the two model numbers? Which is newest?:
    GV-R795UD-3GD and GV-R795WF3-3GD
