VBE7 - vBIOS Editor for Radeon HD 7000 series cards BOOST IS DEAD (and good riddance)

Found this on TPU. To some the inability to flash your 7k cards has been a big frustration.

My 7870 tahiti le has been a bit of a PITA as at stock settings it will run at 1170mv (925mhz) and boost to 1245mv (975mhz) coupled with a reasonably aggresive fan profile on a mediocre cooler meant it was not the most pleasing part of my setup.

I'm so excited!!!!! I'll give it a go as it will mean I don't need a 3rd party cooler or have to manually under volt anymore or load a better fan profile!

EDIT; A few hours use and I've set it at 950 core @1.05V fan profile ramped down to hit 33% at 80oC. Perfect.
