    Connect3D ATI Radeon 9800 128meg

    Does anyone have a Connect3d 9800 Pro 128meg?

I'm buying one probably at the start of next year, as an upgrade from my ATI Radeon 9200Se 128meg.

On another forum I was told it would heavily improve from my 9200SE but I want to be sure before i spend £145 for it. By the way, it's the 256bit version. Well I'll make sure by emailing Ebuyer as I've heard it may be shipped as the 128bit.

    Thats the one I'm buying.

I had one up untill recently. With the addition of an Arctic vGA Cooler it was a beast of an overclocker & very reliable.

Depends if you're overclocking & what sort of airflow you have in your case. Personally, I think they're so cheap & do such a good job they're a worthy purchase. But see how you get along without it. Then IF you need one, you can always pick one up anytime at your local PC World.

Ok great, well my case is currently extremely small and I have to leave the side panel off to keep it at a safe temperature, but I quite often get cases off a friend who doesnt need them. I don't plan on o/c'ing the card.

I have a Connect3D Radeon 9800Pro 128meg card that I am not using. Are you interested in second-hand ones? It comes with a standard stock cooler.
