    Question Dual Monitor Graphics Card

Well having just got a brand new TFT and keeping my CRT, I'm starting to think about setting them up as a dual monitor system. Finally I have an excuse to get rid of the Radeon 9000 currently sitting in my computer.

Now the thing is, my current graphics card has video inputs, which are useful and so my final solution should include some kind of video in. The other problem is that it all has to fit in a Shuttle SN45G, meaning I have a single slot AGP (no dual slot cards will fit) and a single PCI slot "above" that (for those people who mount motherboards vertically).

I was thinking of getting a Radeon 9550 and a Leadtek Winfast TV2000 XP Expert card, and I was wondering if anyone can suggest a better solution for ~£100. Also, if I'm running a dual monitor system is it better to have 256Mb of memory on the graphics card or will I not notice the difference with only 128Mb?

Thanks for your patience for reading through this, and even more thanks for any replies I get.

Any modern graphics cards will have two outputs, one will be a virtual output so you can't run say two video overlays at a time ... I would personally go for a Nvidia but thats just my personal opinion.

128meg is fine for dual monitors. I have two monitors running on my 128mb 9800 pro (primary @ 1280x1024, secondary @ 1024x768), and it's fine.

I also have a tv2000xp expert running, and it's brilliant

For your budget a 9700Pro from retek+TV Card.

Will run fine in a shuttle, and doesnt use a stupid amount of power so will run on both the 200/250W PSUs.
