How the performace:cost ratio is a lot worse on PCI-E cards over their AGP counterparts ?
For example, a plain 6800 is around £215 in PCI-E, while you can get them on AGP for ~£170.
And even then, stock is no where near AGP levels.
The effects of supply and demand, or just a premium for buying PCI-E ?
Either way, it seems we are loosing out, yet again, in the transition from one technology to another.
