Only the usual new gen stuff which is an order of magnitude less than what we're currently seeing - supply will sort those out.
Re: Predictions on when GPUs will be back at RRP.
Unfortunately I don't see them stopping scaplers as they will always find a way.
Re: Predictions on when GPUs will be back at RRP.
Scalpers need enough capital to get enough of the supply to crowd out regular buyers. Without mining eating supply (and especially if we start seeing ex-mining cards flooding the market) that's a big ask, and if scalpers can't tie up the market then they don't really get much out of it
Re: Predictions on when GPUs will be back at RRP.
I can't see what benefit AMD or Nvidia would get from introducing a new generation currently, surely the most profitable route is to keep selling the current one at inflated prices as yields improve.

If they were acting together to prevent competition.. sure, but that would also breach any number of regulations. AMD have got a lot to gain by introducing better products since they're still behind in RT say, and Nvidia usually introduce a refresh a year or so on which they can either sell in the same market position or in addition to existing cards if needed.

How does not releasing new products breach any regulations?

It can breach anti-competitive regulations, if you're doing it in consort with a competitor for eg.

I don't think they will do it in consort. It wouldn't be hard for both independantly to realise that they can sell more of what they currently make without needing to replace it.
Re: Predictions on when GPUs will be back at RRP.
AMD GPU sales share has plummeted over the last year or so. Their lack of GPU supply has started to become a big issue.
Re: Predictions on when GPUs will be back at RRP.
Seems you can still get a 6700XT in a few places all at £700+, how long are retailers going to hold on before admitting the game is up.
I suppose the problem is if they were all at MSRP tomorrow they would sell out immediately to scalpers where right now the ebay scalper sold prices are starting to slip under £600.
The correction is coming.
Re: Predictions on when GPUs will be back at RRP.
Seems Amazon are starting to stock cards again, inflated prices but not as bad.
Ebuyer also sold a 6700xt at £489.99 (sold out).
Scalpers still going but prices slowly reducing.

OcUK had various RTX3060TI GPUs at £420~£450 and sub £400 RTX3060 GPUs on pre-order today.

Inno3D and Zotac only. Not top of my wish list in terms of manufacturers tbh.

Zotac have a 5 year warranty, which last time I checked was UK based.
Re: Predictions on when GPUs will be back at RRP.
Seems they are coming in at 'scalpable' prices so selling quickly still but more stock is certainly a good thing.
Not so hot on some manufacturers of Nvidia cards, been Sapphire or powercolor for a long time.

Their support has supposedly massively improved in recent years too, so they are good to deal wtih.
The main issue with them is that you have to deal wtih that process at all - their cards have a well earned reputation for being generally hot and noisy, and hit and miss as to whether you get a good one or not.
They may be one of the highest volume AIBs for Nvidia, but I still won't buy one of their cards.
