Where can I find the fan settings?

When I search I see only suggestions for MSI Afterburner, however in AMD Radeon software you can modify the % and temps - is there no such setting with Nvidia software?

No there are no settings for that in Nvidia software

You have to run third party apps just to control the lighting on the FE cards.

I use Precision X just for that alone and Afterburner for everything else. iCue can also control the 30 series lighting, but it's fan control is ham-fisted at best.
