pretty nice what fsb u running at also u pushed ur gfx yet

WOW well thats one hell of a score. Does the Radeon run OK on the tiny power supply in the shuttle??
Pete
i would have thought more...ive seen more with a simlar set up but with a R9700 pro instead of the R9800...
Friend at work only gets 14,800 out of his 9800 pro.
It's a crucial card.

Is that all???Originally posted by ptgrav

I'd expect more from such a good card.
yea but is the rest of his pc utter rubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishe???
i get 16.3k on this:
1700+ @ 2.2
512mb pc2700 @ ddr400
nf7-s rev1.1
9700non-pro @ 340/313.5 (and core is fine upto 390, just not benched yet!)
I have a similar setup.
XP2500 @ XP3200, Raddy 9700 pro and an SN41G2. Sadly windows is corrupted from pushing the cpu too far and everything is a mess. I'm scoring 15500 in 3dmark so that score seems about right. That's with no o/c on the graphics card of course.
Could be dude.Originally posted by |SilentDeath|

i get 17,106 with this:
Asus A7N8X-Deluxe rev 2.0
XP1800 DLT3C @2420mhz
2x256 Corsair XMS3500 mem @DDR 440
Sapphire Radeon 9700pro 371 core/325 mem
Well all i have done is set the memory to run at 400mhz no aggressive timings or voltage mods as of yet will try it with aggressive timings now i think.
With turbo memory settings and no other adjustments i have managed a score of 17045
His PC if I remeber right is:
A7N8X Deluxe.
512M of Samsung PC3200
XP2700
Non of it is overclocked though.
I will check tomorrow what his score is as it's been a while.
Pete
3Dmark2001 absolutely CREAMS it over FSB. Running @ DDR440 is gonna give you a MASSIVE performance increase. Especially if that's in sync. It also loves CPU as much as graphics power (whereas 3dmark03 is almost all graphics) so an AMD @ over 2.4ghz is gonna boost the score massively.Could be dude.

Also your graphics card has a massive overclock on it - so that score seems if anything a tad low if not about right.
thats more like it ...keep pushing it...im sure it can do more!? "voltage mods" u dont need voltage mods in the sn45g...u might as well stand on the mobo, in a matrix style boot if ur gonna do a vmod in thereOriginally posted by wedge22

on ati cards, core clock almost means sweet fa, the performcae is in the mem overclock, which ususlly doesnt clock neaarly as far.
I get close to that high with my GF4ti4600
granted you'd kick my ass in 3dMark2k3 though.

3Ghz P4 vs 3200+ XP
both dual channel DDR, etc
