GFX O/clocking?

Can anybody direct me to a site/thread, anything that could be described as "gfx overclocking for dummies". I would like to have a go at winding up a x850 pro but I really havent a clue where to start. I believe it may be possible to unlock to 16 pipes by flashing the bios but I would need to find a real step by step guide.

Thanks! that was usefull. I've managed to get to 600/630 using ATI tool. Now does anybody know if its worth my while tring to flash a Powercolour x850 pro to xt to see if it would unlock to 16 pipes?
