Just to add a positive Gainward experience.....

I have a GF4 ti4400 that runs 24/7 at ti4600 speeds, I've had it since lauch, so it's doing fine in my books

Just wondering if any of you guys have had your problems sorted out yet or heard from Andy? If he told you whom to contact or what to do I would be very grateful. I sent him an e-mail on the 28th of October so it is not totally inconceivable that he has just been very busy.

Sorry guys, i have been really busy with our new products coming out. Within the first 12 months the warranty is with the supplier and then out of that 12 month period the warranty is covered by Gainward directly for an additional 2 years.

my card arrived today

They replaced it with a ti4200 64mb. Same model as my old card, but this has a better cooler n ramsinks ;d

I have had several cards which have been RMA'd by Gainward and worked fine - they swapped one out directly for me and the other was done via Germany. It does take sometime though

The card was apparetly posted wed/thurs last week. Hopefully itll come this morning

I keep thinking that it is thurs/friday today....so it hasnt been to long in the post.
