    Help with VIVO please

Sorry for not looking that hard but this is really driving me around the bend as I cannot find the information I need.

Basically I now have a gigabyte 7800GT VIVIO (PCIExpress) and the Video Out works. however I cannot find out how to get the Video In working either in google or nvidia.com. The best I got was this thread http://forums.hexus.net/showthread.p...highlight=vivo

It mentions a capture program which I presume comes with the graphics card?

    Any ideas anyone?

I think you should have Cyberlink PowerDirector ME which should be able to recieve the video input.

Alternatively I've found Virtual VCR and VirtualDub to be useful programs that are alot less flash and more on getting the job done. have a play and see what you like best. (you may need to set the video capture device to your graphics card in their settings if it isn't already).

Also if you plan on getting sound as well, you'll need to take that in through the line in of your soundcard.

Some of the Gigabyte 7800GT's only come with PowerDVD...

OP: you could try Windows Media Encoder?
