    7800GTX Sli - BF2

    Hi all

Played BF2 last night for 6 hours and towards the end of my stint I was getting affected by frozen screen/lag issues. What would cause this? I checked my temps and they read as follows:

    FX55 - 42
    GTX1 - 44
    GTX2 - 44
    MOBO - 34

Any ideas? Never used to have this issue when I had a 6600GT sli setup.

Have you checked bios settings, and also could you please post your system specs? If you havea dual core processor search google for the "dual core fix" as it does actually help the stuttering caused by windows messing around with teh CPU's power management.

what motherboard do you have? and also powersupply?
it could be a problem with your Maxtor 10 drives as there is a known problem with Nforce4 chipsets and maxtor 10 hdd's, there is a firmware update on the maxtor webpage you have to report a problem with your HDD and give them the serial number of your drive and your life story and then they might consider sending you the firmware.
Make sure you have all latest drivers and if you have already done this try this Link
    Hope this helps

Are you sure it's not simply a high ping causing it - does similar happen in other games (sp)?
