    which TFT?!

    Hello!

im look for something not too expensive, and i only have a geforce 7800GT,so resolutions higher than 1024 probably cant be doable.

so, what are my options?! i want it to have DVI, and a good warranty - im just confused!!

The 78GT is a great card and can handle higher than 1024 no problem. I have had a couple of acer 19inch widescreen, great value, although no dvi

The Acer Ferrari screens look absolutely gorgeous... nice PQ as well! Pretty competitive pricing too considering they have a built-in TV tuner

You won't believe how many different TFT models you can choose from It would be important to know what you're going to do with your new monitor, as there are different panel types used for each target group.

19" models usually run at 1280x1024 which your gfx-card supports. A cheap and well suited TFT for gaming purposes is the BenQ FP93GX which can be found for $250+.

I only have a 9800pro and it runs (most) games at 1280 (and a few at 1680x1050 now ). Not with all the eye candy obviously, but a 7800gt should happily outpace it by quite some margin! You should still be happy at 1680x1050 so check out the 20" widescreens too if that sounds good to you

I reckon the new series of dell tfts look really nice, oh and you cant really go wrong with viewsonic had two 19s for over 2 years now not a single hitch along the way. If you have the money why not look into some widescreen 20" tfts prices are dropping now so its worth a look.
