X1900 issue

I've had this card a while now, and the performance is excellent. However, when playing around in ATI Tray Tools, I found the graph menu and decided to monitor the clocks when gaming. However, when I looked at the plot afterwards, the clocks had stayed at their 2D speeds, and it did not appear to switch into 3D mode. Is this a bug with the software, or have I changed a setting that I shouldn't have?

Windowed 3D applications don't get the 3D clock rates applied, which suggests you've been playing games that way. That the case?

Nope. I've been running full screen (to the best of my knowledge) and the clock speeds don't change.

I think I managed to fix the problem. When I installed Tray Tools, I accidentally disabled the Hotkey Poller, not thinking it was important. According to my brother, this is the thing that changes the clocks so it should now be fixed.
