Radeon 9200 TV-Out Problem

I have a HTPC equipped with an ATI Radeon 9200 video card. I am using the card's TV-Out to output picture to a Samsung 34" Widescreen telly.

The problem I have is that the picture is somewhat tilted towards the right. How come there is no feature to rotate the TV-Out picture on the ATI software. Also the windows desktop does not fully cover the TV-Out picture. There is a black border around it. I tried to stretch the picture from the settings but still once it is strectched to the maximum it doesn't cover the whole area.

I would appreciate if someone out there could help!!

There's a setting for that black border but i forget what it is. Read the FAQs. What res u in?

The black border is there on both 800x600 and 1024x768 resolutions. On the 800x600 is less visible though.
