Quite easy.
[.url=URL HERE]TEXT HERE[/URL]
obviously remove the . otherwise the code will show.

Yup, just need to put a space between the [/url] and your next word. Otherwise, perfect.

Harkin, I find it useful to click on quote on a post containing something that I don't know how to do, and then I can see the code required to do it! Just thought that this might save you some time in the future...
