    Re: Gaming Mouse

FWIW a mate of mine just got a lachesis a couple of days back. His words exactly:

the fcking lachesis is so shtt atm
ok it uses a 3g lazer sensor which means it has an uber low lift off distance
    which is good
except when u put it down sometimes it goes fcking mental
like I put the mouse down and I look into the sky
and if you click, the mouse sometimes moves left about 2 cm
    soemtimes carries on moving

    moves right even

also when I am kzing, due to the extreme movement, the mouse does actually tilt
    that happens on all mice
but cuz its got such a low lift off point
    it dies
    so I cant kz
but no its not the problem with lazer
    copperhead is incredible
its on version 1.00 driver and firmware atm tbh so hopefully they'll fix it soon
they'll have to fix it cuz every person who has bought this in the entire world is having the same problem lol
its a 9 button mouse too
enough buttons to run a small war
mind u, shtt aside, its so accurate I can put a basketball through the eye of a needle at 40 kilometers

Apologies for the breakage in sentencing but it's stripped from our msn conversation. His previous mouse was a Copperhead.

    Re: Gaming Mouse

I can't use the logitech as they've seen fit to make all their mice right hand drive only. OK. I know us lefties are only about 10% of the population but it does seem shortsighted to reduce your potential customerbase by making it impossible for them to use your product.

I have a Razer Diamondback and I'm very pleased with almost all aspects of it.
The side buttons are the only problem really. They're not well positioned so I tend not to use them all that much.

    Re: Gaming Mouse

My gf uses the Logitech MX310 and loves it - it's a symmetrical mouse.
