Error in Vista "HTTP 400 Bad Request"

Hi there,

I have been having problems login into Hotmail for the past 7 days. I am using Windows Vista Home Edition, when I get to hotmail login pages, click to login it comes up with HTTP 400 Bad Request, has anyone seen this before?
I have tried going into Control Panel, Internet Options, Advanced, and unclick Show Friendly HTTP error messages but still not working. I ma not sure what to do next!
