Question Display a little fuzzy the last few days

Im not sure why this is, but i did a restart as you do and the desktop doesnt look a crisp as it used to. Ive jsut formatted in the hope that it was a display issue but its still here. Doesnt anyone know wot has happened?

    > display a little fuzzy

    > writing not as clear but very legible still

    > Just annoying

    > When i first noticed this was when i loaded up Counterstrike to see that it didnt fit the whole screen as it always does

    Any ideas all?

    thanks

What do you have plugged in?

Are you just using a DVI or VGA cable ? or are you using both, i.e. do you have onboard video as well as a PCI-express card (or similar?) [I sometimes get a fuzzy screen purely because my onboard video boots first - and it defaults to normal settings]

You tried to see what the monitor's auto function does?

I'm guessing you've checked your desktop settings, i.e. that you have the right resolution

Try a different cable? It's not unknown for them to develop a fault, which causes various on-screen problems?
