Which is faster, the Sandisk Gaming Memory Stick PRO Duo or Ultra II Memory Stick?

Hey guys.
I've decided to purchase another memory card for my psp, and have come across the 4gb versions of the Sandisk Ultra® II Memory Stick PRO and Gaming Memory Stick PRO Duo.
However, I can't seem to find out which one is faster, and wondered if anybody could help me out.
Also, is there another card out there that outperforms both these cards in terms or read/write speed?
Any help would be much appreciated.

afaik the ultra II is quicker
