How do I restrict which programs are accessible for each logon?

    Hi
I have Windows XP sp3. I have two Windows logons, myself (administrator) and my partners. How do I install software so that it is only accessible to myself and not the other windows logon? eg I want to install a file download manager, but only want to have it on my logon, I would want the normal IE download window to appear when downloading on the other logon.?

This depends on the options at install. There may be a radio button with make this software available to all users or just the current user. That would be the easiest method I reckons.
