Could anyone help me ?

Firstly can i say im not computer minded at all ! So any answers will have to be in plain english and step by step !!(I havent a clue what im doing!) Ok so last night my while browsing microsoft came up with a screen saying my pc had been infected! Gulp ! So i have some protection on it being ..Kerio firewall , Ad-Aware SE and AntivirPE , i did also have Spybot! So i ran all three and Spybot said all clear but one of the others came up with 3 critical items which i asked it to remove. But because i dont know anything aobut pc's just to make sure all was ok i rang the bank to see if my account was under threat and the guy there was very helpfull saying Spybot was really good and if nothing showed up then all should be ok , but i could update it anyway . Well i tried to update it and keep getting it cant find sqlite3.dll ? which means nothing to me ! I havent really used my pc much today because of this but it seems to running ok , the only thing i have noticed is i keep getting emails via my Spam motel address , which i dont usually , so does this mean anything? I would be greatfull for any help , but please have patience as i havent a clue ! (Yes im female and yes im blonde! lol ) Thanks guys.

grab a trial of kaspersky internet security and let it run a scan.

If you're having issues with Spybot running, simply try reinstalling it. That should replace any missing files

Thanks alex but it wont let me, as i put earlier it says Sqlite3.dll missing and i havent a clue what or where that is !!

If you can't uninstall, what I would then do is delete the file directory, do a clean with CCleaner and remove the install entry using something like HiJackThis.

Long winded, but it would remove the install instance.

I really am sorry alex but as i put in my original post .. i havent a clue what you are talking about ! You might as well have written in chinese ! Thanks for trying to help tho'

ok Kickstart I'd start bt going here http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirrors/index.html and downloading a new copy of SpyBot and trying to install that

install the new version over the top of the old version

Run a full scan, and you should be fine.

Thanks for all your help ..thanks to MaddAussie i have managed to download Spybot from that !! yay! I have run a scan and fixed problems it came back with. Hopefully im ok now ?
