    Custom Comp freezes during gameplay

    Ok, so here's my issue:

I built my new rig a couple months ago. I have an MSI K9N2 SLI hybrid MoBo, XFX GeForce 9600 GSO 768mb vid card, Corsair 650watt PSU , AMD Athlon 5600+and Corsair 4gb (2 x 2gb) sticks. The comp runs fine at idle, however, when playing any game, and i mean ANY such as: L4D, WC3, CnC Generals or Max Payne 2, the comp freezes and I have to pres the restart nutton on the tower to reboot everything backup.
Rive tuner says i get up to 64 C while under load and the CPU gets up to 145 F while under load.

Would anyone here know just what exactly the problem is? I mean, does it seem as if the vid card is overheating or is the CPU overheating? I really am at a loss here and any advice would help.
    - thanks in advance

make sure you are giving the RAM enough volts. Try it with just 2GB as well.

No 64 is absolutley fine for the Graphics card, i'm not sure how hot your CPU is as I don't know the how hot that is in celcius, You shouldn't really go any higher than 85c for graphics cards and 70 for CPU.

Have you update all drivers, and updated them the proper way with uninstall, Driver sweep in safe mode, install new ones once rebooted into windows properly and then reboot again?
