Monitor ghosting - could new VGA cable help?

I've posted about this before but I've just noticed it again and it's annoying me. Removing the KVM doesn't help so I was thinking maybe it's the VGA cable that was supplied with the monitor causing the ghosting? Do you think it would be worthwhile buying another one and if so what one should I go for? Also using a lower resolution doesn't seem to help either.
    Thanks

You got a crap cable, thats it. One advice is don't buy Belkin VGA cables. They all ghost even with the gold-plated one.

Nowadays I find that it is increasingly hard to get quality VGA cable even if you go for known good brands.

Any brands you could recommend? Or any you know are good and are willing to sell?
