xbox 360 vga cable, which one?

I have a VGA lead for my 360 which i got off eBay for about a fiver. Will there be any discernible difference in quality between this one and the official lead?

I have both an unofficial one and an official one and the only major difference is that the official one came with the audio adapter (composite audio to 2.5mm jack?) and vga male to male adapter.

Well VGA allows for a higher resoultion that 720p(1280x720). 1366x768 can be used which is the native res for a lot of the Samsungs (and other HDTV's). Higher resoultion then but some people apparently find the colours seem a bit washed out (this can be sorted with a bit of tweaking).

Using the VGA cable negates the negative aspects of DNIe on Samsungs sets, according to a review i read.

In answer to the original question, I would only purchase the official one from Microsoft.

Seems to be the best VGA cable for the Xbox 360.

I have been buying consoles for 15 years, and every time I've bought a third party video cable it has failed.

I would personally stick to official.
