Watch the capacitors if this is going in the oven. From what I've read it can cause a stink.
Could be, or it is possible that like almost all 360 cases that the standoffs for the motherboard are at slightly different heights and causing a marginal solder joint to become disconnected whilst in the case due to slight flexing, but remain connected when flat outside of the case
