    Graphics Performance With 2/3 Monitors

Hi guys, at the minute I'm considering upgrading to a 5770, as I have three monitors I want to connect. Since I'm going to be gaming on only one though, how much performance would I be losing running in triple monitor mode? (The monitor resolutions will be 1920x1080, 1680x1050, and 1280x720, and not doing anything complex, such as showing a web browser or Iplayer on the second and third). Thanks!

At most it'd just be the difference from running a game windowed I expect. That's a variable hit depending on the game, modern games don't take much hit at all as long as they correctly tell the graphics card to ramp up to full speed.

Unless you run one or more of the extended monitors in portrait mode, the fps loss is minimal and barely measurable. I've done a number of 3dmark runs with 2 monitors connected and the results are almost identical to using 1 monitor.
