have i just been SCAMMED? PAID £29.99 TO SECURE SECURITY INFOTECH for to renew security in manufacturers security software layer- whatever that is- against malicious files supposedly not detectable by my NORTON software. Does anyone out there know about this? will it effect my machine? They claimed to be representing Microsoft.
It looks like you've been shafted I'm afraid, there's a similar thread here.
As stated in the other thread, you need to get onto your bank and report the fraud ASAP.
you only have to read the website to know that they are a scam, its obvious it is written by some one from Pakistan / India and it looks really poor.
