1156 mATX motherboard choice help

As some may have noticed i am building a new matx system (coolermaster mod) anyway im stuck between boards, i currently run a msi p55 gd65, works a treat and i have my cpu OCd to 3.2.

The boards i've been looking at are as follows,

msi h55m-ed55
msi p55m-gd45

One thing, im running a core i5 750, lynefield, is this able to work in the h55h-ed55?

Other things ive thought about is OCing the cpu again, p55 seems the better option but the h55 can do it aswell....so for an extra £60 is the p55m-gd45 worth it? im really need some advice on this one! got £100 sat waiting to be burnt on the new motherboard. thanks!

Yea that does seem like a good board, but i'm all for the msi (fits the build style better) the Gigabyte us UGLY! whats with that colour scheme? but then the power...it has a 8 pin 12volt for the motherboard, compared to the 4pin on the msi...going to have to go look at reviews for that!

Still i wouldnt mind knowing the difference to the msi boards
