Dear all,
I have a printer "HP LaserJet 1200 series" USB connected to top rear USB port of N299 Thecus NAS.
I have a desktop and laptop PCs running Windows 7 x64 genuine.
I installed the printer as shown in User's Guide page 53, both on them.
The pages printed correctly until reboot of Thecus NAS N299.
After reboot, with printer connected and started, the N299 print server detect and displays in admin control panel of NAS that the printer is there, installed, but any print job sent from any PC is stopped somewhere between in there, the Windows 7 says at printer "See what's printing" that is "processing".
The Control Panel of NAS at Printer page says "Printing" and the utility can remove printer documents stopped somewhere, so printer appears "Idle".
I can't make the print server of N299 to print documents sent from any PC from LAN, after first reboot of NAS.
It does print all test pages at installation and some documents but only until first shutdown/start of N299.
Now the printer is present in NAS admin control panel at Printer page but nothing goes printed out and the printer' LED activity not blinking.
Wired as local USB printer at PC USB port, the HP Laserjet 1200 series does print any documents, as normal, immediately.
Can you help me?
Thank you.
Doru
